Twisted Crypt FAQs

Our 2026 season runs September 18 through October 31. Through October 18 we’re open Fridays and Saturdays 7–11 PM and Sundays 7–10 PM. The last two weekends we open at 6:30 PM (6:30–11 PM Fridays and Saturdays, 6:30–10 PM Sunday), plus Thursday, October 29, 6:30–10 PM. See every night on our Dates & Hours page.

General Admission is $20, FastPass is $30 and VIP is $40. FastPass and VIP get you into the attraction faster on busy nights.

Buy online at our TicketLeap page or at the door. Buying online ahead of time is encouraged, especially the closer it gets to Halloween.

Yes. On Saturday, October 17, from 4 to 6 PM we host Trunk or Treat and the Crypt Kids Lights On Tour: a trick-or-treat adventure through the haunted house with the lights on, with candy and small toys. It’s $7 per person. The regular haunted house opens at 7 PM that night. Crypt Kids details.

We recommend saving time by purchasing your tickets online ahead of time. At the ticket office we will accept all major forms of payment including cash, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.

Our show begins in the lobby with fog, lights, experiences, and interactive actors. That experience can take 15-20 minutes. Once you enter the attraction, your experience will last an additional 20-25 minutes.

As it gets closer to Halloween the line to enter the attraction gets longer. The line generally spans from a few minutes, to an hour or more right around Halloween. We offer skip the line passes and VIP passes if you would like to expedite your entry into the attraction.

Yes. Twisted Crypt is fully accessible for wheelchairs and mobility scooters.

Twisted Crypt Haunted House is an all-indoor attraction in a climate controlled environment. On busier nights, our line extends outside the building but it is under cover.

The parking lot is large enough to accommodate all guests. Parking is free.

We consider Twisted Crypt PG-13 in content, and our actors avoid language and situations beyond a PG-13 rating. There’s no strict age limit, but we recommend ages 13 and up, and guests 16 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.

Twisted Crypt does not offer refunds on tickets.

No masks or props are allowed in the attraction, please leave those at home or in the car. Items such as decorative headbands, glow bracelets, costume shirts, etc. are generally allowed unless there is a larger issue with the item. Impersonation of a scare actor or scaring guests while at the attractions is strictly prohibited.

Yes, Twisted Crypt has a dedicated security team monitoring the attraction at all times. Guests entering the attraction are metal wanded for your safety and our safety. Please leave pocket knives, etc. in the car. Medical response staff are available on-site for emergencies. The attraction complies with all state and local safety regulations and undergoes regular inspections.

Photos and videos outside or in the lobby are always encouraged. Photos/video inside the attraction is prohibited.
