Rules & Safety
Twisted Crypt is built to scare you, not hurt you. Here’s what to know so everyone in your group has a great night.
House rules
- No masks or props in the attraction. Leave them at home or in the car.
- Costume shirts, headbands and glow bracelets are usually fine.
- Don’t impersonate a scare actor or try to scare other guests.
- Photos and video are welcome outside and in the lobby, but not inside the haunt.
- Every guest is metal-wanded at entry. Leave pocket knives and similar items in your car.
- Follow directions from staff and security at all times.
Ages
- Content is PG-13. Our actors avoid language and situations beyond that rating.
- Recommended for ages 13 and up. There’s no strict age limit.
- Guests 16 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
- Bringing little ones? Try Trunk or Treat & Crypt Kids Lights On, Oct 17, 4–6 PM.
Safety
- A dedicated security team monitors the attraction at all times.
- Medical response staff are on site for emergencies.
- The attraction complies with state and local safety regulations and is inspected regularly.
- Fully accessible for wheelchairs and mobility scooters.
Know before you go
- The haunt uses strobe lights, fog, loud sound and strong smells.
- If you’re sensitive to strobes or fog, are pregnant, or have a heart or breathing condition, think carefully before entering.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- Restrooms are portable toilets on site. Parking is free.
