Worth the Drive from Chicago
Twisted Crypt is about an hour and 45 minutes from downtown Chicago, straight out I-90 to Rockford. It’s one of the most awarded haunted houses in Illinois, and a road trip worth taking.
Getting here from Chicago
- Take I-90 west (the Kennedy, then the Jane Addams Tollway) all the way to Rockford.
- Exit at State Street (US-20 Business).
- Head west on East State Street about 2.5 miles. We’re behind Tom & Jerry’s and Uncle Nick’s.
I-PASS and E-ZPass work on Illinois tollways, or you can pay online afterward.
